WATER A FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENT TO ORGANIC AGING
The human body is an amazing machine designed to function optimally utilizing chemical free water. Water is a vital powerhouse for every body function. Without water, we cannot achieve our peak levels of mental and physical performance. Sadly, the masses drink poor water sources and breathe in harmful by-products from shower steam laced with chemicals, metals and other dangerous toxins that damage our bodies organs and healing power.
We have little control over so many things in our lives, but one thing we can control is what we put in our bodies. The key to ensuring you have the best possible water source is gaining proper knowledge and utilizing the correct tools. But how can we be sure and who do we trust? I will lay out the facts as clearly as possible.

MUCH WATER SHOULD I DRINK?
In light of the facts above, it’s easy to see why drinking pure, clean water is the most essential step you should do for you and your loved one’s optimal health. So how much water is enough? There is no one size fits all, height, weight, muscle content, and activity level directly correlate to your individual and unique amount. It’s widespread knowledge to drink around 8 cups of water a day. However, that is widely wrong and misleading. If you are exercising to enhance your quality of life the amount of water you consume should be more. I aim for one gallon + other than my morning tea/coffee and fresh vegetable juice.
It’s estimated Chronic low-grade dehydration effects 75% of Americans. Think of using an expensive face cream which cost you $120 and in some cases dehydrates your skin while creating adverse habits and wasting money. These supper sellers have an impressive marketing slogan such as “It’s a drink of fresh water for your skin.” This actually took place to me in a mall, the lady showed me the marketing teams booklet in the back of the store. Why draw on waters as a promoter and hydration as a marketing term anyway? Anyone with their eyes wide open should have thought “Oh so I’ll just drink more water, rather than purchase this product.” Epic fails for the sales team. For $120 you can purchase a water filter and start your lifestyle change for the better.
Dehydration can be felt everywhere once your level of self-awareness is adequately tuned and attention is elevated. Here are some facts on the effects of dehydration.

IS SODA TOXIC? HERE ARE THE STRAIGHT FACTS
The typical American drinks on average 57 gallons of soda per a year, in some grocery stores soda is cheaper than water, in India household named sodas are used as pesticides, and can even remove battery acid. So what is it doing to your gut health and organs?
Almost all syrup type sodas and sports drinks are toxic on a cellular level. Typically, the water source is not pure and has little minerals (more on that later) and the syrup is laced with preservatives, processed sugars such as high-fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, chemicals such as chlorine, fluoride, phthalates, BPA, and disinfection by-products (DBP).
DBP mix with chlorine used for disinfecting water, this reacts with organic materials and forms hundreds of other toxins which can be thousands of times more toxic than the chlorine. Even worse caffeine-infused drinks with these toxins produce a powerful mental stimulation, so you crave more and more.

The best conceivable way to purge your body of soda is substituting soda with carbonated water, or to save money and reduce your risk of buying soda during your transition by making your own carbonated bubble water with soda stream. However, that should not be a long-term solution. I would recommend reducing your intake by 10% a day. After kicking the soda there are more essential keys to follow. Avoid drinking bottled water in plastic, and avoid tap water.

PLASTIC A POWERFUL SECRET KILLING TOXIN
The physical plastic bottle itself contains phthalates and BPA which mimics hormones and screws up your endocrine system. During the formation of plastic, it’s hot and molded to hold x volume and then cooled by pouring water inside. You see these fast-paced process engineers a comparative advantage in time. Allowing a higher profit margin for the balance sheet. Think about how much money the manufacturer would lose if they had to wait 60 seconds for “cool plastic,” just to remove your risk. The best possible way to avoid plastic at all cost is switching to glass or stainless steel, I use a yeti device to drink my water at the gym, work and on travel. I use inexpensive glass mason jars at home. I’ve had my Yeti for over 4 years now, it has never broken or failed me and my mason jars have never cracked plus they’re easy to clean! Even when I meal prep, I never use plastic storage containers, instead use glass containers and heat with the lid off after the food reaches room temps to limit microwave radiation in your food.
THE PLOT THICKENS | TAP WATER ISN’T BETTER
Would tap water seem like a terrific choice rather than plastic drinking water right? Well yes but you have power over this, exercise it! There are generally numerous toxins in your tap. Disinfecting by-products, and chlorine are added to municipal water to sterilize it. They may also be sterilizing you! Once mixed with organic compounds they form lots of chemical toxins. These are called Trihalomethanes I will go over the three most dangerous to your health and completely destroy the secret power your brain has.
THE BIG THREE TRIHALOMETHANES
It’s a common dogma fluoride is healthy for your teeth, in fact, Harvard Medical School added it to the top developmental neurotoxins, especially in children. Hydro-fluoride-solicit acid is from the fertilizer industry, and it’s the only drug forced on us as a mass medication with no control dose levels. - Pour about 1 cup of coconut oil in a mixing bowl
- About 2 cups of Aluminum free baking soda
- ¼ cup of Stevia
- Peppermint essential oil to taste (ensure its food grade)
- Mix everything, pour more baking soda or coconut oil until you have a peanut butter texture.
- Store in a glass jar, never plastic.

The second is Aluminum, which increases the risk of developing Alzheimer’s diseases, aluminum is also commonly found in municipal water some health effects include hyperactivity, learning disabilities, gastrointestinal disorders, skin problems, Parkinson’s and liver diseases. I am incredibly passionate about clean water, in fact, I admit I am obsessed with drinking clean water and not using plastic. Clean water equals a clean body and a clear mind. Remember only the body thrive in life. Give yourself the edge over other people.
There isn’t an easy way sadly, these lifestyle changes will affect your life if you choose to practice them hard. All I can tell you is that the diseases and health issues caused by drinking soda, sports drinks and unknown harmful chemicals in unfiltered water will have a larger impact. Here Is a break down of the best preventive measures you have power over should you choose to invest in yourself.
REVERSE OSMOSIS FILTER & WATER DISTILLERS
These filters remove large amounts of inorganic compounds, most of the fluoride, and disinfectant by-products. However, these systems make water acidic and strip it of minerals. Simply counter this by adding a small amount of add baking soda (use for your fluoride free toothpaste also) and small pinches of pink Himalayan salt. To kick it up, even more, add some organic apple cider vinegar.
Sometimes a plumber is required to install these under the sink kits, but several do not which cuts down on your cost. Another drawback to overcome is how slow they process water. COUNTERTOP GRAVITY FILTERS
Granular counter top carbon filters are very common systems used, even some refrigerators come standard with them but you have to replace them more than countertop filters and don’t do that great. The activated carbon removes plenty of toxins BUT fails to remove good amounts of fluoride. They are also easier to handle than osmosis filters and water distillers. A good general rule of thumb is the larger the filter the more toxins your unit will remove. The filters can be expensive and depend on the model you order filter replacement could be a monthly expense.
Big Berkey water filter has been so effective for me I have bought my dad and mother one. They are more expensive than the reverse osmosis systems but don’t require a plumber. SHOWER STEAM WORSE THAN DRINKING WATER
Believe it or not, the water pouring on you in the shower is more damaging than drinking the same water from the tap, your pores are open from the heat and that allows water to penetrate your skin more easily You also breathe this contaminated steam into your lunges. In this study blood samples were taken after ten minutes of a shower, bathing, and drinking 1L of water in a ten-minute period. The levels of trihalomethane were highest among showering! Shower filters are inexpensive and maintaining it is very easy. If you passed on either of the above counter filters please consider this shower filter. Everyone who showers in your home deserves better. I installed mine in less than 2 minutes. Simple screw off your shower head, Screw on the filter, reattach your shower head and run your shower until the water is clear.
Very simple, very effective, very cheap. Consider the number of toxins, you are reducing over the course of a lifetime, effecting allowing your body to focus on other chemicals you may be ingesting or that are stored in your fat to remove later. Remember your body can only remove a certain amount of chemicals a day, not putting those chemicals in your body will help it removes a much more significant percentage. Its the edge some of us need!
